Mr. P.D. Jayachandran is a seasoned MEP professional and visionary entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in the construction and infrastructure industry across the GCC region. As the Managing Director of Urban Sphere Technical Services LLC, he leads with a strong focus on quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
Throughout his career, Mr. Jayachandran has held key leadership roles in reputable organizations such as Hills & Fort Construction, Wade Adams, Stevin Rock, and Cummins. His expertise spans mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, with a proven track record in managing complex projects and driving operational efficiency.
Under Mr. Jayachandran’s strategic leadership, Urban Sphere Technical Services has grown steadily, earning recognition for its commitment to delivering high-quality, integrated MEP solutions for modern infrastructure projects.
Mr. Ajith Chandrasekharan is a seasoned MEP professional with over 18 years of extensive experience in managing and executing large-scale infrastructure projects across the UAE and GCC region. As the General Manager – Operations at Urban Sphere Technical Services LLC, he plays a key role in overseeing day-to-day project operations, ensuring timely delivery, technical compliance, and client satisfaction.
Ajith’s career spans reputed organizations such as Hills & Fort Construction and Wade Adams, where he held senior roles and successfully led multidisciplinary MEP teams through complex project environments. His core strengths lie in operational planning, cross-functional coordination, and driving quality outcomes in line with industry best practices.
Known for his hands-on leadership and results-driven approach, Mr. Ajith continues to contribute to the successful execution of landmark projects, while upholding the values of integrity, safety, and engineering excellence that define Urban Sphere’s operational ethos.
With extensive experience as a mechanical engineer, Sidhardha brings a wealth of expertise in infrastructure development and specialized MEP projects. Holding a degree in Naval Architecture and a background in the construction and repair of oil tankers, barges, and piping systems, he has honed his skills in Mechanical-Electrical-Plumbing (MEP) infrastructure development.
His professional journey in the Middle East includes leadership roles in diverse MEP projects, such as Pump Station Installation, Testing and Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance, Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs), Fuel Stations, Chilled Water Systems, and more. His deep technical acumen ensures the successful execution of complex projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
A proponent of continuous learning, Sidhardha has earned certifications in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management, and Sustainable Engineering. These qualifications, combined with his hands-on experience, equip him to address green engineering challenges and implement innovative, eco-conscious solutions.
